MULTI-BARRETTE

MULTI-BARRETTE specifications with their flexible cables require special tensioning systems. For example strong round rods are incorporated into the mesh. Depeding on the size of the elements intermediate moutings are required besides the standard top and bottom mountings. For each mounting level different tensiong techniques are available - to meet your visual and optical demands.

Intermediate Mounting

Bottom Mounting

TOP MOUNTING

OPTION A

Using incorporated round rods, the wire cloth elements are attached to on-site triangular fastening brackets, which again are attached to the sustructure.

OPTION B

Alternatively the wire cloth elements can be tensioned to the top using eyebolts, which are incorporated into the mesh with the round rod. The element can now be tensioned with a continuous angle iron or single fastening brackets.

INTERMEDIATE MOUNTING

OPTION A

At each intermediate mounting level a round rod (e.g. Ø 20 mm) with pendular clips is incorporated into the mesh. During installation the pendular clips are attached to on-site fastening brackets. Visually the incoporated round rods create a horizontal line on each intermediate level.

OPTION B

Alternatively the intermediate mounting can be realized by using "wire connectors", which wrap around a tube, that is located behind the mesh. The connectors interlock with the mesh from the back. Standing in front of the element this mounting system is almost invisible.

BOTTOM MOUNTING

OPTION A

Corresponding with the top mounting a round rod is inserted into the cable mesh. Eyebolts are incorporated to tension the panels for example using a continuous substructure like an angle iron. The eyebolts allow for accurate settings of the tension.

OPTION B

The elements can also be tensioned using single fastening brackets instead of the continuous profile.
